SIP acknowledges the need for client confidentiality in respect of the client’s identity and the details of the case itself and therefore adopts a ‘need to know’ policy within the organisation.
SIP does not share client and/or case information with any other company and/or organisation unless under the direct instructions of the client to do so, such as discussing with or copying-in correspondence or reports to their solicitors or other advisors etc.
SIP guarantees all information received and or held on behalf of a client, be it an individual and/or corporation, will be treated as ‘Strictly Confidential’.
