S.I.P acknowledges the need for client confidentiality in respect of the Clients identity and the details of the case itself and therefore adopts a ‘Need to know’ policy within the organization.

S.I.P does not share client and/or case information with and other company and/or organization unless under the direct instructions of the Client to do so, such as discussing with or copying in correspondence or reports to their Solicitors or other advisors etc.

S.I.P guarantees that all information received and or held on behalf of a Client be it an individual and or corporation will be treated as ‘Strictly Confidential’.
